Stephen Farrelly (born 28 January 1978) is an Irish professional wrestler. He is signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring nameSheamus.
Prior to joining WWE, he wrestled on the European independent circuit. After becoming part of WWE's main roster in 2009, he went on to become a four-time world champion, having held the WWE Championship[Note 1]three times and WWE's World Heavyweight Championshiponce.[11] He is the first Irish world champion in WWE history, and is also a three-timeUnited States Champion and a five-time tag team champion (four times for Raw, once for SmackDown) with his tag team partner Cesaro. In addition to these championships, he also won the 2010 King of the Ring tournament, the 2012 Royal Rumble match, and the 2015 Money in the Bank ladder match, making him the second wrestler (after Edge) to achieve all three accomplishments.

Stephen Farrelly[7][10] (Irish: Stíofán Ó Fearghaile) (born 28 January 1978)[7] is an Irishprofessional wrestler and actor, best known by his ring nameSheamus, .[11] He is signed with WWE and competes on the Rawbrand. He is a four-time world champion and the first Irish world champion in WWE.
Before joining WWE, Farrelly was also a two-time International Heavyweight Champion during his tenure in Irish Whip Wrestling. He held the WWE and United States Championship three times, the World Heavyweight Championship once, and tag team championships five times (being a four-time Raw and one-time SmackDown Tag Team Champion) with Cesaro. He also won the King of the Ring in 2010, the Royal Rumble in 2012 and the Money in the Bank ladder match in 2015.

Stephen Farrelly (born January 28, 1978) is an active professional wrestler working for WWExtreme - currently assigned to the Friday Night SmackDown! brand, where he performs under the ring name Sheamus.
Early Career[]
Sheamus was originally signed to a developmental contract in 2006, and worked under the name Sheamus O'Shaunessy. He worked dark matches for the Raw Brand, but never officially debuted. Later, he would be released from his contract.
2011[]
