Tamera Darvette Mowry-Housley (born July 6, 1978) is an American actress and model. She first gained fame for her teen role as Tamera Campbell on the ABC/WB sitcom Sister, Sister (opposite her identical twin sister Tia Mowry). She has also starred in the Disney Channel Original Movie Twitches and its sequel, Twitches Too, and she played Dr. Kayla Thornton on the medical drama Strong Medicine. A reality TV show following her and her twin sister's lives, Tia & Tamera, began airing on the Style Network in 2011, ending in 2013 after three seasons.
Currently, she is one of the hosts of The Real talk show along with former fellow Disney Channel star Adrienne Bailon, Jeannie Mai, and Loni Love, which premiered on July 15, 2013.

Tamera Darvette Mowry was born on July 6, 1978, two minutes before her twin sister, Tia Mowry, in Gelnhausen, Hesse, Germany, to Darlene Mowry and Tim Mowry, who was serving in the U.S. Army at the time of her birth and later became a custody officer/jailer with the City of Glendale Police Department, when the family moved to California. Her mother worked as a security guard and managed Tamera and Tia's acting careers. When the girls were 16, they discovered tremendous success with their hit TV series, Sister, Sister (1994), about twins who are separated at birth who learn of each other and come back together in their teen years which became a huge hit. After "Sister, Sister" ended in 1999, she was in many movies and shows such as Seventeen Again (2000), The Hot Chick (2002), The Witches of Coventry (2005) and Double Wedding (2010). On May 15, 2011, she married her boyfriend of six years, Adam Housley, in Napa Valley, and the couple has two children.

She was on the Hallmark Channel show lost & found until its cancellation in August 2021.
