Is Byron Allen’s $30 billion bid (inclusive of debt) the real deal? Wall Street isn’t sure. Paramountstock ended Wednesday up 6.7 percent to $14.59, a sizable jump on a day when the overall market was down, but well below Allen’s bid for the company at more than $21 per share.

It’s a sign the market is waiting to see Paramount’s next move.

Allen has been in the mix for many deals over the years: BET, ABC, Tegna’s TV stations, Scripps TV stations, the Denver Broncos, the Washington Commanders.

IT’S a good bet no one ever had utter the words “Don’t be shy!” to Marilyn Milian.

“I find it difficult not to speak my mind,” says Milian, the 39-year-old Florida judge who begins hosting “The People’s Court” on Monday (10 a.m. on Ch. 4).

The fiery Milian, born in Queens, says making the transition from the bench to television has been easy – due, in part, to her personality.

“I get to do what I love to do and I don’t have to edit myself,” she says. “It’s like a playground. Before this I had a really scripted life – and this was definitely not in the script.

“When you’re a judge on the bench, there are codes of ethics and a certain decorum,” she says. “But when you’re a judge on TV, the key is to get to these people. And, let’s face it, it’s television.
