MARY "BETSY"
Age 64, passed away on Saturday, May 11, 2024. She was born on May 2, 1960, to the late Donna and Lou Walters.
Beloved mother of Brendan and Devin Conley. Sister of L.J. Walters, Mark Walters, and Jill Bing. She was preceded in death by her sister, Jackie Walters and her loving dog, Peyton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Betsy was an avid gardener, big fan of crime shows, reading, and spending time with her children.
Above all else, Betsy was a loving mother, sister, and friend. She will be missed dearly by those who knew and loved her.
Friends and family will be received on Thursday, May 16, 2024, from 9:00 - 11:00 a.m. at PITTSBURGH CREMATION & FUNERAL CARE, Robinson Township, 5405 Steubenville Pike. A blessing service will take place at 11:00 a.m., burial will follow at Union Presbyterian Cemetery, McKees Rocks.

She received her BA from Manhattanville College, majoring in English (with a concentration in writing), philosophy, and religion. In addition to her work as Campaign & Prospect Research Manager, she is also a practicing writer. A recipient of the New Boston Fund Fellowship in Fiction, Je has written for many academic and popular venues, including The Paris Review, Granta, Bookforum, Oxford University Press, Publishers Weekly, and PEN. She is the author of teaching and reading guides to works of fiction and non-fiction for Penguin Random House, Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, and Simon & Schuster. Obituary of Elizabeth Mary Conley
Mary Elizabeth Conley, of Honeoye Falls, died Monday, October 4, 2010 at age 24. Elizabeth was born the daughter of Thomas and Mary Deblon Conley on August 6, 1986 in Rochester, NY She is survived by her mother, Mary (Michael Adams) Conley; father, Thomas Conley; sister, Meredith; paternal grandmother, Louise Conley; several aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends. The family wishes to thank her special and loving caregiver, Linda Sterling and all of her aides and caregivers throughout her life; also to the ARC in Fairport and to the Mary Cariola Center, which donations may be made in Elizabeth's memory. Friends will be received Thursday, October 7, 2010 from 6 to 7 pm at the Victory Baptist Church, 32 Wildbriar Road, Henrietta followed by a Life Celebration at 7 pm.
