Blurr
John Moschitta Jr. (born August 6, 1954 in New York City, New York) is an American actor notable for his uncanny ability to speak really, really fast. He's appeared in over 100 commercials as "The Micro Machines Man," as well as in a 1981 ad for FedEx, and provided the voice for Blurr in the Transformers television shows and film.
Moschitta had been credited in the Guinness Book of World Records as the World's Fastest Talker, with the ability to articulate 586 words per minute. His record was broken in 1990 by Steve Woodmore who spoke 637 wpm and subsequently by Sean Shannon who spoke 655 wpm on August 30, 1995, but Moschitta's notoriety as a TV and film personality lives on today.

Blurr not only drives fast, he talks fast too. Bonus points for being voiced by John Moschitta, who's held the Guinness World Record for "Fastest Talker" (and even voiced Blurr's G1 counterpart in the 80s cartoon!).

John Moschitta, Jr.
John Moschitta Jr. (born August 6, 1954) is an actor, singer, dancer, speed talker, and television personality, used in a wide variety of TV shows, movies, industrial presentations, personal appearances, and commercials for his rapid delivery of speech. For many years he was listed in The Guinness Book of World Records as the World's Fastest Talker for speaking 586 words per minute. Because the fast-talking category has been eliminated from current editions of the book, Moschitta now refers to himself as America's Favorite Fast Talker. He had appeared in many Fed-Ex commercials.
In "FOX-y Lady", Lois Griffin revealed she dated him when she was younger, but found the sex unsatisfying. He was referred to as "The Fed-Ex Guy".
